Joy (premiere 1988) – An autobiographical portrait of “An Artist as a Young Jew.”
Through movement and conversation directed to imagined relatives in the audience, Mr. Pimsler describes his childhood in New York City, his abbreviated career as an attorney, and his eventual emergence as Artistic Director of SPDT.
